Chief Inspector Clive Stevens "Allegations of High Treason were Vexatious"

Sir
On the 15th January 2013 Chief Inspector Clive Stevens wrote to me stating my allegations of high treason were vexatious. On the 26th January 2013 I wrote to you asking for your evidence my allegations were vexatious, I repeat that request now either prove my allegations are vexatious or do your job and investigate my allegations. You have the option of arresting me for wasting police time and perjury but you will have a seriously hard job of convincing a jury this was anything but you attempting to pervert the course of justice, with a trumped up charge.
So before I take any other action I require your exact reasons for believing my allegations of high treason are vexatious, you have a duty of full disclosure which you will have to fulfil if you were to arrest me. So why not disclose your reasons now and in writing. Or alternatively I can meet you in any police station in North London and we can discuss this on tape and we can both walk out of the meeting with a copy of the tape. Or does the thought of committing your words to tape or paper worry you. It should you stand a very good chance they will convict you of Misprision of Treason at Common Law, I on the other hand am pursuing a duty clearly imposed upon me by the common law and oaths I have taken.Respectfully submitted
Albert Burgess.
