Report this crime to your local police station

Albert Burgess

To report a crime, first make sure you know what it is you wish to report.Get your allegation clear in your head and have your evidence ready.

You can go into a police station in person, or you can phone the crime in (although I do not recommend that), you can ask a police officer to come to you (the advantage of this is that you are comfortable in your own home and he is a guest in your home and has to be on best behaviour), or you can stop an officer in the street.

Insist the officer records it as a crime and get a crime book number.

If the officer refuses to record the allegation as a crime, point out to him that this is a serious neglect of duty, and in the case of an allegation of treason, it is the criminal offence of Misprision of Treason. If the officer has refused to record the allegation or his superiors have thrown it out, you should go in person to a police station (if you're not already there), ask to see an Inspector or above rank and submit a formal allegation, against the officer or officers who refused to record the original allegation, of a serious neglect of duty. In the case of treason, you should also submit a formal allegation of the criminal offence of Misprision of Treason, for which you require a major crime book number.

The Inspector will ask if you are prepared to accept an informal resolution. Your answer should be "no, not at any price."

In the event that the professional standards department throw it out, write to the Chief Constable telling them that you are reporting a serious crime which you require investigated.

In the event the Chief Constable refuses to do anything to see the allegation is investigated fully, go to your next nearest police force and report all the officers who have refused to investigate your allegation of Treason for the criminal offence of Compounding Treason and ask for a major crime book number.

You should have a witness or two with you, one of whom will take contemporaneous notes. You should ask the officer to read and sign the notes as an accurate record, he will probably refuse. Make a note of his name, shoulder number and rank, and you and your witnesses should sign and date the note.

Notes should be started by the day, date, time, and place and those present.

There are still good police officers out there, a particularly good blog can be found here http://thinbluelineuk.blogspot.com/

The Evidence

The evidence can be downloaded in The Evidence Files   (be sure to download FCO 30 1048 as well). You will need to read  The Great Conspiracy  to get you familiar with what has happened so far. Print the documents off as you read them, then take the printed documents to the police. Also produce the letter by QC Leolin Price , this will give your case credibility. If you can't print please Contact Us  and we will post the Documents / CD to you. As well as following the guidelines above please read this article  for further guidance.

A CD is also available with this information on which will also be produced for free please Contact Us to arrange delivery (messages will go directly to Albert)

A forum has been set up on this topic to help people who wish to report this.
