The government have just passed through parliament the Justice and Security bill, to allow trial by secret courts and during which the defence barrister will be appointed by the government. You have been brought up in a Kingdom in which secret courts are an anathema to our way of life and our system of justice, which must not only be done but must be seen to be done.

On the 15th January 2013 Chief Inspector Clive Stevens wrote to me stating my allegations of high treason were vexatious. On the 26th January 2013 I wrote to you asking for your evidence my allegations were vexatious, I repeat that request now either prove my allegations are vexatious or do your job and investigate my allegations. You have the option of arresting me for wasting police time and perjury but you will have a seriously hard job of convincing a jury this was anything but you attempting to pervert the course of justice, with a trumped up charge. 

The Following has been written by a barrister & checked over by a solicitor with the intention of building a prima facie case for treason

Hi All,

This group has been active since May this year and during that time we have accumulated about 97 signed-up members, most of whom joined as a result of Albert's 'Plea for Help' video.

Since starting this group it has been going through a learning curve with our treason campaign and has had to change tack a couple of times.  I think that we have now pretty much honed our skills in how to deal with the police.  Most of the credit must go to Albert Burgess whose amazing knowledge of the law and how the police service works has helped get the excellent results we are now achieving.
We have also had some really good contributions from members in the form of research and letter writing.
Due to my recent request to ask members to write a potted history about themselves, this has revealed that we have quite a range of skills and expertise available for the group to call upon if needed.

Dear Chief Constable,

I am part of a growing group of ordinary patriotic citizens who have taken the trouble to look into the Constitution and its implications for ruling England in a lawful way. It can be clearly seen that the Constitution has been violated by successive Governments, politicians and civil servants starting with the Heath Government when he committed treason by submitting the sovereignty of the UK to the EU. Our forefathers formulated these laws to protect England from despotic and tyrannical rulers.

As a police officer, you swore an oath to uphold these laws and protect England, from those who break any of them - whether common law or statue law.
