England’s Greatest Queen

On the 3rd June 2012 the newspapers are saying Her Majesty is the Greatest Queen ever. But let us look at that, what makes a great Queen?

Boadicea Queen of the Icene after the death of her husband was publically flogged by the Romans and her daughters aged 9 and 10 years were raped, in 60/61AD went to war against the Romans killing thousands of them before her army was defeated rather than suffer the indignity of being forced into slavery she and her daughters took poison. I respectfully submit that Boadicea was a great Queen who even 1951 years after her death is known and revered by the English.

Queen Elizabeth I who used her femininity to rule an unruly country and more particularly parliament, and who defended this Island people against the greatest Christian Kingdom in the world at the time the Spanish who sent an armada the greatest fleet ever to put to sea from invasion. Whilst at the same time spreading influence into every corner of the world. I submit Queen Elizabeth I was a great Queen who 409 years after her death is known and revered by the English.

Each of these truly magnificent Queens can and should be considered as a truly great Queen each in her own way is entitled to the title of England’s Greatest Queen.

Queen Elizabeth II

This Lady inherited a Crown which controlled the largest Empire ever known on which the sun never set, to protect the Empire she had the second largest navy in the world and an army and air force in every part of the world, she inherited an industrial infrastructure with a working farming and fishing industry capable of feeding her subjects. In short she inherited a Great Kingdom from her Father King George VI. We were a free self-governing Kingdom with a truly great pride in our history and our Queen.

What has Queen Elizabeth II done with her Kingdom?

The Empire she inherited has been lost.
She has presided over a parliament of traitors which is out of control
The Royal Navy has been reduced to no more than a coastal defence force. With no air cover.
The Royal Air Force has been reduced to having less aircraft than most third world countries.
The Army has been run down to such an extent that it can no longer defend this Kingdom.
Our Manufacturing industry has been decimated we can no longer produce our needs.
Our Fishing industry has been destroyed we can no longer catch the fish we need to eat.
Our farming industry is on its knees we can no longer feed the population.
We are effectively governed by a foreign power. The European Union.

So what has this Queen done? She has failed not once but 9 times

So is she the greatest Queen or the greatest failure? You decide.
