Dear Mr LuffI have been following your correspondence with Jack Lewis, to save my writing a completely new letter I am enclosing a copy of a letter I wrote to Eileen Vagg at the Cabinet Office, every thing in that letter applies to every one who has served in government for the last 40 years.

I am also enclosing a copy of a book I have written on the history and development of the English Constitution, and the crimes committed against it by government. Should you wish to check my sources you are very welcome to come to my home and read through the hundreds of books on English history and constitutional law I own. I would suggest you bring a caravan as I have no room to put you up and it has taken me years of reading before I could condense the contents into a small readable book capable of being understood by a child.

For some time now our politicians have been engaged in flagrant high treason, every time a member of parliament says we have sovereignty because we have been elected, you are attempting to assume a sovereignty which morally and legally belongs with Her Majesty. I would recommend you take time out to study the offences against the state laws, having read them you should looking at the actions of government then go into blue funk mode.

Some of our most eminent judges from earlier periods in our history complained that our politicians do not understand our Common and Constitutional Laws, which is why they make bad law. Today’s judges could make the same complaint if only they were not as ignorant of the Common and Constitutional Laws as our politicians.

I grant you all one thing you have made a good effort at covering your backs by dumbing down legal training in our universities and appointing senior police officers who are political yes men. If you did what you are doing 100 years ago our police would have put you on trial, our juries would have convicted you, and our judges would have donned the black cap and hanged the whole lot of you.

But do not despair it is not too late our police officers are waking up and we do have an increasing number of judges who are longingly fingering their black caps. As for the juries when the evidence is presented I do not doubt the correct verdict for us but not for you will be reached.

If you think you can refute any thing in my book or my letter to Eileen Vagg please feel free to make a vain attempt, but you will find nothing government has on record which has any legal validity to support any argument you put forward. Though I wait with bated breath for the best efforts of the governments legal brains, but do not be surprised if they on doing the research suddenly change to the legal side of the argument and join me in demanding you all stand trial.

You have alienated the police and the armed forces so do not I beg you run around with the mistaken belief they will support you, my information is that they are also waking up. You need to remember the man who controls the guns, controls the country, and the police and the military control the guns. They are fast waking up much faster than you might think. If you want to outlive this I recommend you emigrate to the USA and claim political asylum, and we know they do not send us back political refuges. But it is also true that the Americans are also waking up so even that is no longer guaranteed. Life is a bitch is it not.
